Umm, you probably should've changed that message or not included it at all.. 
Last thing we want is to spead that message...
I think it would be something like:

"WARNING: -speed is not garunteed to work correctly with -oac copy !\n" \
"YOUR ENCODE MIGHT BE BROKEN\n"
