I've updated the patch with some more information in the table, and the
information from the FAQ entry. The entry mentions that toolame and
twolame are better than lavc's acodec=mp2. Is this still true?

I've tested all the examples and they seem to work fine, but maybe
someone wants to take a look at them?

I can't find any reference for this.
http://www.dvddemystified.com/dvdfaq.html and
http://www.mpeg.org/MPEG/dvd.html both say it's restricted to VCD
bitrate and resolution.
