All of the XML documentation is in for a _big_ overhaul..

I will not have time for this in the foreseeable future, so help is
welcome.

The "Soundcard experiences, recommendations" section can be removed
IMO.  We had something similar for video cards and removed it.  It's
hard to maintain.
