I said this description is bad... (both old and new)
It should say something like "Override movie aspect ratio, in case
aspect information is incorrect or missing in the file being played."
MPlayer never does "autodetection" of aspect, it just uses the number
that's there, which is implicitly "square pixels" in AVI if no aspect
is given.
