[MPlayer-DOCS] missing codec directory documentation?

A link the the section in the installation docs would be nice too,
so that the users know to either manually specify codec dir at
configure time, or install the codecs before running configure.

Anyone know if all the nonofficial binary packages have the
codec directory in random locations, too? :-)
