Looks good overall.  I would put commands in ' '.

Also, while it's a start I would not classify the scripts by
programming language but rather by usage.  Categories that make sense
IMO would be something like "encoding", "MPlayer", "MEncoder",
"development", "testing", "benchmarks"...
