[MPlayer-DOCS] [PATCH] encoding guide: remove unnecessary parameters

This patch removes a couple no-effect parameters that got into the "Very
High Quality" lavc mpeg-4 parameters in the encoding guide, probably
based on my mistaken recommendation a while ago.

vme=5
currently the same as vme=4 (the default)

naq
no effect unless the *_mask lavcopts are in use
