[MPlayer-DOCS] [PATCH] How to build MPlayerOSX

Hi there,
Here's a patch that explains how to build MPlayer OSX, based on
Nicolas Plourde explanations.
I'm sure that patch needs a bit of polish, and probably would need
someone with such a machine to try the directions of the build process
to see if it does work, or if smth is missing.
