I guess it could need some improvements, since the libavformat
explanation doesn't fit too well anymore.
Since our CVS snapshots include libavformat by default, maybe we should
just explain how you get all three in one step?
And oh, somebody please fix the CVS snapshot build tool to include
libavutil!
