[MPlayer-DOCS] [PATCH] merge Rich's cropping and scaling tips into mencoder.xml

Hi there,
Here's a new patch that features Rich's tips regarding cropping and
scaling.
The little ASCII art has been converted into a "proper" table to blend
in the XML docs, but if somehow you think it's not a good idea, I can
integrate the ASCII back instead.

Any suggestions welcome.
Please review and consider for inclusion.
