[MPlayer-DOCS] Sync czman 734-739

Hi.

I sent longer version of this patch (with some improvements) few days 
ago, but with no effect. Like there is a monster eating my e-mails 
there. So I send this short version in hope small fish survive.

Is there any problem with my patches or e-mails?
