Afaik pnm isn't any specific file format, it can be anything of pbm, pgm,
ppm. vo_pgm supports ぱpm,pgm,pgmyuv both in raw and in ascii mode...

Donno about vo_md5 but I'd say it supports raw image data as well...
Btw: I the md5sum code is LGPL, I think this should be mentioned in
Copyright...
