Please also add a "synced with XXX" string to the top of the file,
look at the Polish translation for examples.  I don't remember if this
is in DOCS/tech/translations.txt yet.  If you haven't read that
document yet, please do so now.

Welcome to the Spanish translation team.  Please coordinate with Juan
Martin and Andoni Zubimendi who takes care of which part.  The Spanish
homepage translation is quite a bit out of sync, but it should not be
much work to bring it up to speed again, especially the parts that do
not change much (everything except the news).  Maybe you could start
with that.

I'll send Arpi a mail to give you CVS write access.
