The MPEG-2 spec (ISO-IEC-13818-2) uses "P-frame".
The MPEG-4 spec (ISO-IEC-14496-2) uses both forms ("P-frame" and 
"P frame").
The H.264 spec doesn't use frames, but consistently says "P slice".
For the record, I prefer the hyphenated form.
