Isn't this (and much of what comes below) from the XviD patch Loren
Merritt sent to dev-eng?  I have a hunch you just had it in your local
tree and committed by mistake.  Please doublecheck your changes with
'cvs diff' before committing.  It also helps to have a development
tree checked out readonly that you can mess with and test patches in
and a writable clean commit tree that only gets the things you want to
commit.  That's how I work.
