[MPlayer-DOCS] Improved vi_qfactor and (tcplx|scplx|p)_mask

Hi all,
Thanks to Loren Merritt, here are some better descriptions for
remaining, poorly documented masking options.

It also features vi_qfactor's description, as it was lacking.
