i agree with michael on both of these points -- both my attitude on
debian (that it sucks, even though i use it on some systems) and that
it's not right to change the content of someone else's news entry,
especially without marking it as changed!

please reverse.
in fact, use "cvs admin -o" since diego likes that command so much...
