While "EPZS" normally means size 1 diamond,
vme=4 is subject to *dia, so it doesn't have to be size 1.

Also, since "full", "log", and "phods" were unmaintained and lower
quality, they have been disabled. And "X1" is currently aliased
to EPZS. So vme really only selects between EPZS motion esitmation
and none.
