[MPlayer-DOCS] Mistake in mplayer.1 ?

Hi.

I have a little dilemna.
In mplayer.1 line 1556 is: Only for frame-based subtitle files, i.e.\& 
not MicroDVD format.

I undrestand this, like there is not better example for non frame-based 
subtitle format then MicroDVD, but i know MicroDVD format like this: 
{from frame}{to frame}text.
MicroDVD is frame-based,  why is "not" there? Is it mistake or I 
understand it bad?
