line 4941:
-1 disables scene-cut detection, so I-frames are inserted only once
every other keyint frames, even if a scene-cut occurs earlier.
            ^^^^^^
Shouldn't it be <keyint>? It's another option, so it should be marked
somehow. Tell me how and I'll do it ;)
