[MPlayer-DOCS] Broken links in cd-dvd.xml & typo fixes

Hi!

I've found broken links in the cd-dvd.xml file.
Let's see.

The http://www.firmware-flash.com is redirected to qp.org which seems 
like not dealing with
firmwares.
I found a site which will possibly fit our goals: 
http://forum.rpc-1.com/dl_all.php.
Honestly I don't know now for sure the firmwares there are region code 
independent or not,
but I find the page through a link on the page 
http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=Firmware_Flash
where they write that they are.

The other link, 
http://www.linuxtv.org/download/dvd/dvd_disc_20000215.tar.gz goes simply to
404, even the directory doesn't exists any more.

The http://140.132.1.204/OS/Linux/packages/X/viewers/readvcd/ results in 
timeout for me, I think
the server is down. (Could be because of other network error but I don't 
think so.)

I couldn't find new links for the last two things, maybe someone who's 
more familiar with these
things can provide new links.

I've attached a patch that fixes two typos.
