Slightly incorrect, though - the word "under" needs to be either moved
one word left ("licensed under either the GPL or a") or repeated
("licensed either under the GPL or under a").
Personally, I'd just say "is available under a GPL-compatible license",
to avoid unnecessary complication - but I'm not nearly so intimately
familiar with the ins and outs of the license wars as are some others
here, so I'm not going to push this too hard.
