I've just made the translation of the codecs.xml.
It has got some whitespace typos, but what is more important, that
the Doom9 webpage seems to move from http://doom9.org to http://doom9.net
(mentioned in the Win32 codecs import HOWTO section).
Should I fix these myself or just make a patch?
