Umm, no, not really, that one is a minimal inttypes.h for libc5
systems:

// fallback if the user doesn't have inttypes.h (libc5 systems)

#include <sys/bitypes.h>

I believe this FAQ entry is completely outdated.  Are there any
systems without inttypes.h left?
