[MPlayer-DOCS] translating language names

Would be nice as well, but I see one problem with it: Not every encoding
supports all required characters. I'm not sure if I have ~n for Espanol
in iso-8859-2 (and even if I have I have no idea how to type it ;)
Think japanese ;)
Anyway, Polish is 'Polski', no special characters ;)
