[MPlayer-DOCS] Documentation building on Debian Sarge

Hello, here is some fedback with buliding the fine documentation on
Debian Sarge.

suggested to be included in CVS:DOC/xml/README

To build documentation on Debian Sarge you will need these packages:
libxml2, libxml2-utils, docbook-xsl, libxslt1.1, docbook, docbook-utils
and all their required dependencies.

TOFIX:
I've also created following following dirs/symlinks:

mkdir /usr/share/sgml/docbook/yelp

/usr/share/sgml/docbook/yelp/docbook->/usr/share/sgml/docbook/stylesheet/xsl/nwalsh

/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.1.2->/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/4.2

/usr/share/sgml/docbook/jade->/usr/share/sgml/jade


BCC of this mail to Torinthiel. AFAIR he was hacking the makefile with
dtd locations.
