Hi 

You have to make a symlink  that points from
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/xml/4.1.2 

to

/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.1.2

I think that the command is:

# ln -sf /usr/share/sgml/docbook/dtd/xml/4.1.2
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xml-dtd-4.1.2

(never remember if it is ln source dest, or the other way ln dest
source)

Torinthiel's patch (that one with another main, that you didn't like)
worked without that symlink.
