[MPlayer-DOCS] Build system [patch]

I got no replies when asking on -cygwin, so got pissed and installed
CygWin on my Windows disk. God, it's slow. Anyway, the system works as
under Linux. So without it works only with symlinks, with patch applied
works as well with or without symlinks. Only the strange single
difference in Spanish version persists. Have to investigate it someday.
When exam session finishes.

I've also devised something that neither leaves stray main.xml in DOCS/xml
directory nor requires changing configure whenever a new translation is
added. It simply greps/cut languages from xml/Makefile. And it's even
better, requiring less changes to reach the same effect ;)

So please test, I think that this is the final version of this patch,
apart from increasing the list of possible DTD locations.
