[MPlayer-DOCS] blatently wrong info in manpage: -srate

The man page reads:
>       -srate <Hz>
>              Forces the given audio playback rate, changing video
>              speed to keep A-V sync.  MEncoder passes this value to
>              lame for resampling.

The first part is wrong. -srate forces resampling output to the
selected rate. It does not change the interpretation of the source
sameplerate like it used to a long time ago.

BTW we need an option to do the latter too.
