[MPlayer-DOCS] pan filter description

-af pan says nothing of the unit in which panning is specified.
Ok, the HTML docs say it's between 0 and 1, but IMHO option ranges
belong to man page.
Also, it reacts correctly to values around 100. If it's gain I would be
deaf by now ;)
