It's better, but it could still be improved.

I had no time to ponder this issue yet, I will post an answer to your
other mail soon.

There is no need to move the "(default: off)" out of the sentence,
same below.

I would just drop the "(default: off)" entirely.  It's clear that all
those options are off by default, else there would be options to turn
them off, not on.

This is a complete sentence that should be capitalized and end in a
period.

Otherwise the patch is fine, please update the things I mentioned and
