[MPlayer-DOCS] codec or decoder?

codec is coder-decoder (like modem is modulator-demodulator)
but we usually misuse the term and call decoders as codec too
(also think of codec packs under windows containing decoders only)

actually the realplayer's codec libs/dlls are encoders too.
at least they contain the encoder functions, but we dont support it yet.
