[MPlayer-DOCS] install.xml and missing <application> tag

There is MPlayer and MEncoder mentioned in the line 74 of install.xml, but 
both without <application> tag. I suppose it's a mistake, because in the line 
79 there is almost the same sentence. but with <application>tags.
