Not really. I use KDE and there is a "Control Center" and not a "Kontrol 
Center" ;)

Short answer : No 
Long answer : I am really lame and help_mp-tr.h is really boring . I started a 
xml/tr to translate xml docs which is more fun! But my midterms are coming. So 
hopefully I will fix help_mp-tr.h after midterm ( gimme 2 weeks for that ) 
then give turkish xml documentation.
