[MPlayer-DOCS] [PATCH] add "View archives" to mailing list section

it's not really obvious how to look at the archives for any particular
list. Sure, you can always click "subscribe", then the archive link at
the top, then scroll down to the list you want and click the link. But,
somebody who doesn't know would be unlikely to stumble upon that method,
and, for those of us who do know, it still shortens the lifesapans of
our mice/keyboards. :)

The attached patch adds a "View archives" link for each list that refers
straight to the requested archives.

Also, there didn't seem to be a <br> before MPlayer-G2-dev, so I added
one.
