[MPlayer-DOCS] video.xml again

[Torinthiel]

line 2128 holds instructions for making con2fb - type make to do it. But
there is no makefile in con2fb subdirectory, so it won't work. Either
somebody add this makefile or change the instructions 
(to gcc con2fb.c -o con2fb as in TVout/compile.sh or to make con2fb
which should work)
