[MPlayer-DOCS] <replaceabla> tags in xmls

I quickly browsed throug the sources and noticed that sometimes there is 
<replaceable> tag in examples and sometimes it is not. So shouldn't it be 
there or should it be? This's similiar question to <application> tags' issue 
so I think it's quite important.
