[MPlayer-DOCS] translating the GUI

I wanted to translate GUI into Polish. I' ve tried to find *.po files but 
there aren't any. I quickly browsed the sources and I found MSGSTR AFAIK this 
is used by gettext. So are there .po files anywhere? Or there is other method 
of translating Mplayer's GUI?
