[MPlayer-DOCS] en/install.xml (again;) and /proc filesystem

If you are running kernel 2.4.19pre8 or later you can adjust the maximum RTC
  frequency for normal users through the /proc filesystem

Shouldn't /proc be somehow emphasised? It'a a system item, so I think it
should....(but I don't know how :P - by the way where will I find tags 
definition with theirs' posiible childrens and so on?)
