<P>the encoding doesnt have fps(frames per second) or fps is less then 10. Which is not true</P>
<P>i have noticed that it has 20-28 fps.</P>
<P>it that case mplayer puts 25 frames per second but it s not smoothened. video jerks while playing.</P>
<P>for smoothing it, i have modified the code in libmedemux/video.c using AV_delay.</P>
<P>for fps is less than 10,my algorithem will work and determine the fps.</P>
<P>if u want i ll submit the patch. u can go trough it.</P>
