[MPlayer-dev-eng] FFmpeg major bumps and default branch for internal ffmpeg

Hi all,

since last Friday's ffmpeg major bumps, mplayer was failing to build
with defaults (internal ffmpeg).

To avoid leaving the build broken any longer, I changed ffmpeg configure
to use release/7.1 branch by default.

Hope it works fine for everyone that has MPlayer controlled FFmpeg
clone (ffmpeg/mp_auto_pull exists in their source tree). If you
run into problems be sure to let us know.

If anyone plans to work on making MPlayer code base work with latest
FFmpeg master, please let us know here so we can avoid duplicate
work. At least I plan to work on it soon'ish.

P.S.
If my implementation turns out to work well, I plan to switch back
to a release branch before the next FFmpeg major bumps, to avoid
broken builds. That is, only if MPlayer turns out to have problems
with the future upcoming incompatible changes.
