In the patch posted for it, it's limited to the GUI, but that can be
enabled for the entire MPlayer, of course. It' optional in any case.

However, a few help file #defines would need to be formulated differently
(e.g. MSGTR_Help and those with PRIu64 and PRId64), but that's a piece of
cake.
