[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH 0/2] configure: Detect AV1 libs

This is a follow up patch set to the codecs.conf patches I already
committed.

It will detect the AV1 libs and automatically enable them when
building with internal FFmpeg.

Not exactly sure if libaom should be autodetected, but I guess it's
better than having no AV1 support at all.

Testers and comments welcome!

If I hear no comments I will intent to commit somewhen this weekend.
