Otter and Fifth. Both aimed at the old Opera UI, but differing in some
other parts (Qt vs FLTK, Blink vs Webkit, videos as videos vs as
download/stream buttons, etc etc). I'm naturally biased, since I wrote
Fifth ;) In particular, its cert handling may or may not be what you're
looking for.
