I think we can just make a release soonish.

I would like to have those recent patches in though.

IIRC, there is

1) opening non-ASCII file names on Windows
2) vo xv support for NV12/21 formats
3) Reimar's patch for frame durations in the video-only case
4) things I forgot about


Maybe we want to apply 3 after the release (maybe Reimar has a preference)

And 4 can of course be skipped if we do not remember them soon :)
