[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Change xsl and docbook defaults

It doesn't make any sense at all to set the defaults to files that have
been checked and found non-existing just before. So use network definitions
as defaults instead.

Additionally, update DocBook XML DTD to use V4.5 (which is the latest V4
since 2006).
