[MPlayer-dev-eng] [RFC] Remove internal libmpeg2

Hi,
 the internal libmpeg2 is disabled since January 2014.
We got no complaint since then.

It's still included in 1.2.x, but you have to enable it manually.


If nobody disagree I'm going to drop it from trunk, so it will not be
in the next release.

Afaik it's still possible to compile with an external libmpeg2 if you
really need it.


If you want to keep it speak now.
