Hi.

MicroDVD spec says, that proper color tag looks like {c:$bbggrr}. But
currently mplayer parses it without dollar sign.

This patch fixes parsing color tag like in spec, but also parses two
deliverates from standard commonly used:
- {c:$#bbggrr} - with hash tag
- / at beginning of line to indicate italic text


This is my first patch submission, so sorry for any misbehaviour :)
