[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] add support for synopsys design-ware ARC processors

Hi
This patch is used to add support for synopsys design-ware ARC processors. With
this patch  mplayer is compiled and linked successfully with arc-linux-uclibc toolchain
in buildroot.  The mplayer is tested in arc linux and on the hardware board of arc770 processors.
