[MPlayer-dev-eng] delete draw_slice stub in vo_corevideo.m

I found

"Remove empty draw_slice and draw_frame stubs" in Reimar's commit in
2014/1/19.

However, vo_corevideo.m does not follow the same manner.

I modified vo_corevideo.m, please review the patch.
